Lipton Farm is nestled between Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. Tilly’s and Lofty’s are at the end of a long, private drive and the farm has 50 acres. Both are delightfully warm and cosy with all the trappings of luxury and good design. Boasting private hot tubs with outdoor fireplaces, roll top baths, sumptuously comfortable beds, Nespresso coffee machines and smart TVs, you can be assured of a wonderful stay.

Lipton Farm has sheep, ponies and cows.
We lamb in the spring and make hay in the summer and welcome people who want to watch or know more about “a day in the life of a farmer”.
