| PETS: | We are a small working farm with sheep, chickens, cats and horses. Well behaved dogs are permitted with an additional charge of £10 per dog per week – up to 2 dogs per week. |
| TERMS: | £50 deposit is payable with the booking. Balance payable 28 days before the start of your holiday. |
| ELECTRICITY: | Is included in the above weekly charge |
| HEATING: | Calor gas fitted fire |
| LINEN: | Linen is not included in the above charge but can be supplied at an additional £6 per double and £4 per single bed. Duvets & pillows provided. Towels & T towels not supplied. |
| PARKING: | Private parking adjacent to static. |
The accommodation is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
