Accommodation

The accommodation consists 3 bedrooms: 1 double and 2 twins (Twin  beds can be pushed together for more doubles). Duvets and pillows are included but NOT their cases. The bathroom and toilet are separate.

The kitchen has full sized modern appliances, including gas oven, hob and grill. Upon your arrival you will find complimentary tea, coffee and milk to start you off. There will also be enough washing up liquid, hand soap, kitchen roll and toilet rolls to get going with. However, you will need to bring your own T towels and beach/bath towels.

In the comfortable, spacious living area is a "U-shaped" sofa with separate seating and dining table, colour, remote control TV, DVD player (with a selection of family rated dvds)  radio  a selection of reading books and the all important binoculars  . . . for watching all the wildlife which surrounds you!

Outside the living area  is a large timber sun deck, which has fabulous views down the valley to the large pond and beyond. In addition to the decking, there is a lawn and parking area, all of which are fenced to provide privacy and security if you have young children.

The garden has a brick built BBQ, a very useful timber shed (to store beach gear etc) and even an outside tap to wash off your walking boots!
